Your Safron mattress is backed by our comprehensive limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
What's Covered
- Indentations greater than 1.5 inches in the sleep surface
- Physical flaws in the mattress causing materials to split or crack
- Defects in coil systems or structural components
What's Not Covered
- Normal softening or change in feel (comfort preference is subjective)
- Damage from misuse, improper foundation, stains, or burns
- Mattresses without law tags or proof of purchase
- Comfort preference changes
Warranty Service
- Contact us with photos and description
- Inspection may be required
- Repair or replacement at Safron's discretion
- Prorated coverage after 5 years
Maintaining Your Warranty
- Use a proper foundation (platform, slats ≤3" apart, or box spring)
- Use a mattress protector
- Rotate mattress every 3–6 months
- Keep proof of purchase and law tag
